CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS

Not a problem! We’ll be happy to attend your demand asap! In the meanwhile please send the pictures, or any info that you want to share with us and as soon as we’ll be available we will give you times and costs. Just keep in mind that it will take some time!

WHAT IS YOUR REFOUND POLICY?

If you are not happy with your purchase (item not as described or broken), please let me know! Depending on the problem, we may proceed to an exchange or a refund.
If you want to return an item you purchase (unworn and undamaged please, because worn or damaged jewelry will void the refund), you have to return it within 7 days of receiving it and we’ll give you a full and complete refund or a replacement if you’d rather. Please note that buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
*I do not accept returns on custom made items.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

We have two different shipping options: express shipping and regular shipping.
You will find all the details on the shipping section of the site.
Don’t forget to add the production timings. That will depend on the product.
I only go to the postal office Tuesday and Fridays.
Please note that during the weekends I do not answer emails.

SIZING DETAILS

CAN I GET MY RING RE-SIZED?

Most of the time yes, some stone’s won’t be able to take the resizing process so please give your correct size the first time around if possible! But if for any reason you need another size you have to send me back your ring and I will re-sized. Please note that you will have to cover the shipping expenses.

DO YOU PUT THE 925 STAMP?

Even if I guarantee that all the pieces are done in sterling silver, I do not put the stamp. In Spain you have to take the jewelry to a laboratory to have it done, this costs money and will also cause a big delay. In case you want to have it please contact me before the purchase and I will give you timings and cost.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

BRASS: There are many people who is very sensitive to the BRASS and it turns their skin green, if this is your case, you can add a coat of nail polish in the inside, this way it will not make any reaction with your skin.
SILVER: Sterling silver is an aleation of silver and a very 7.5% of other metals. Is very rare, but there is people who can have a reaction.
BLACK RHODIUM AND SILVER PLATE: plated items should not be confused with solid silver or rhodium. In a plate, a coating of material has been applied to another metal. Even if is a high quality plated, it deserves a little attention and care.
Jewellery made from silver and brass will scratch and wear over time, especially if it comes into contact with a similar or harder material.

MY TRACKING NUMBER IS NOT WORKING

This is because the Spanish postal service is updating his tracking service to achieve the new requirements of some countries as US, Canada, etc…, so, unfortunately, in those countries are not registering some of the parcels. But this doesn’t means that it has to be any problem, actually, as is a certificate email, they will require your signature once the parcel arrives, which makes the shipment pretty safe.
