WHAT IS YOUR REFOUND POLICY?
If you are not happy with your purchase (item not as described or broken), please let me know! Depending on the problem, we may proceed to an exchange or a refund.
If you want to return an item you purchase (unworn and undamaged please, because worn or damaged jewelry will void the refund), you have to return it within 7 days of receiving it and we’ll give you a full and complete refund or a replacement if you’d rather. Please note that buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
*I do not accept returns on custom made items.

CAN I GET MY RING RE-SIZED?
Most of the time yes, some stone’s won’t be able to take the resizing process so please give your correct size the first time around if possible! But if for any reason you need another size you have to send me back your ring and I will re-sized. Please note that you will have to cover the shipping expenses.
DO YOU WORK IN GOLD?
No, I just work with Sterling Silver 925 and Golden Brass at the time being.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY JEWELRY?
After we receive your payment, it usually takes around 15 days to create your custom piece.
Items are posted priority shipment with The French postal service.
Estimated shipping times
United States: 2-4 weeks
Europe: 1-2 weeks
Spain: 3-5 days
All Europe and international orders will receive a tracking number.
International customers also please note that we cannot be responsible for any boring customs hold-ups or import taxes dumped on the shipment. I’m afraid I can’t misrepresent the value of the package either. Thanks for understanding.
IF I SEND A DESIGN, WHO RETAINS THE COPYRIGHT?
I don’t acquire the rights to your design, and I will not sell additional recreations. I may, however, use pictures submitted in our marketing efforts. If you agree, of course!
